Shipping policy

By purchasing livestock or aquatics from The Shrimp Cartel, you agree to the terms below:

Livestock Information

• Shrimp will generally be shipped as unsexed juveniles.
• Snails will generally be shipped as unsexed juveniles (dime/nickel size) when possible.
• Please note that shrimp and snails are living animals and natural variations in size, color, and appearance may occur even within the same type. We do not guarantee specific genetics or the traits of any offspring, as these are beyond our control. However, information on the colony and genetics can be provided upon request.
• We reserve the right to make changes to sex/gender based on inventory availability unless explicitly stated or agreed upon before purchase. 

Shipping Options

Orders are shipped every Monday through Wednesday to prevent livestock from being delayed over the weekend. Orders placed before Sunday will generally ship out within the same week. Orders placed after Wednesday may be shipped the following week.
